SUP YOGA IN ALANYA!

Your mat is a stand up paddle board; the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – earth, water, air and fire. Ground yourself and feel the strength and balance of earth element in your body and challenge to the floating of the beautiful crystal turqoise waters of Mediterranean surrounded by the amazing views of Alanya!
Learn the basics of Stand Up Paddle Boarding & then get an Intro to SUP Yoga. This class is perfect for anyone that has never SUP'd before and would like to try Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board! 

After easily learning the basics of Stand Up Paddling, you will experience a dynamic and invigorating yoga class, using many basic yoga poses.  You will be amazed at the benefit of doing them while balancing on the board. Wear comfortable yoga or swim clothes, put your sunscreen on, wear your sunglasses and
Prepare for laughter and fun!

Program details: Our SUP and SUP Yoga tour is starting from Alanya Keykubat Beach. It is a total 2,5 hours tour. Alanya Surf Team instructors will teach you basics of Stand Up Paddling and at the end of the Castle tour there will be a Sup yoga class with Sinoyoga using a gentle flow vinyasa . Free photo shooting during the event is included to our tour. 

What is SUP Yoga?
SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga, the emphasis on core stability is a wonderful addition to the yoga workout and the paddling experience. The peacefulness of floating on the water combined with the meditative nature of yoga. In this class you will be provided with the skills and knowledge of the moving mat to take your yoga on to the water. 
On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride.  All levels welcome!
